R-LEE’S SAGA-love the land as those who came before us loved it

65 years after the turtle ride in San Diego.-2003-R.Lee and daugher,Cassia, were guides at the fabulous Denver aquarium and then volunteers at a safe the turtles mission in Costa Rica.

the second picture has a map of  Costa Rica with this inscription-

From the shores of Cache La Pourde

comes the fabulous father, R-Lee

with his gracious princess, Cassia.

Beautiful is the sun oh, friends of the sea turtles

when you come so far to save us

all Costa Rica in peace awaits you.

never bloomed Costa Rica so gaily

never shone the sun so brightly

as today it shines and blossoms

when you come so far to serve us

again: HE LOVETH BEST WHO LOVETH WELL ALL THINGS BOTH GREAT AND SMALL-FOR THE DEAR LORD WHO MADETH US HE MADE AND LOVETH ALL.

The last image shows R-Lee,Cassia and her Fort Collins teacher in the submersiable astronaut training center off the coast of Florida about five years ago..

Cassia then met one of the astronauts who was on the last launch.

The astronaut,a Mr. Anderson, is from a little town west of Omaha where Cassia is a student at the University of Nebraska, Omaha campus. She was invited to the small towns local theatre and at 4 am on the day of the launch watched it on the local theatre screen along with the astronauts family and friends

On that day four women were in space.

“love the land as those who came befor you loved it-care for it as they cared for it-take the land as it is when you receive it-and with all your heart-with all your mind-with all your soul- preserve it for you children-and love it as God loves us all.”-chief Seattle-1854
