Amenities are small town atmosphere,friendly people, great Hospital, Large family oriented park along the beautiful Guadalupe river, great schools, great shopping, and within an hour to San Antonio and Austin and 2.5 hours from the Coast. Once Toll Road 130 is complete, the area should grow tremendously. Right now is the time to look at Seguin Texas as a permanent investment for both residential and business alike. If it’s the Seguin, Texas I know, it’s not Seguir, Texas, but Seguin, Texas a great City to make and live a great life.
